Rose Jonas is president of The Jonas Company, working with mid-sized family-owned businesses: CEO coaching, governance, succession planning, leadership development, employment. She also works with executives as a coach and career mentor. She is an author and speaker.
Prior to establishing The Jonas Company in 1985, Rose was a Human Resources Director at Monsanto Company. Her background also includes television appearances (as "The Job Doctor," a regular contributor on career and employment issues), television production, and theatrical public relations.
Rose holds a Ph.D. in organizational development from Fielding Graduate University, a M.A. in public administration from Occidental College, and a B.S. in business administration from the University of Missouri. Additional training: Certified coach (Coaches Training Institute); three-year post-graduate training as a Gestalt therapist; nine-month leadership fellowship (Coro Foundation). She has taught graduate classes in group processes and strategic human resources at Washington University in St. Louis.
